Join the Southern Idaho Food Truck Association

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Southern Idaho Food Truck Association (SIFTA).

SIFTA is a network of professional food trucks, trailers, and carts working together to support and strengthen the mobile food community across Southern Idaho and the Treasure Valley.

Our members collaborate to promote high standards for mobile food service, share event opportunities, and advocate for the continued growth of the local food truck industry.

SIFTA currently represents approximately 50 mobile food vendors operating throughout the region.

Membership Benefits

Members receive access to a number of opportunities and resources, including:

• Food truck event opportunities coordinated through SIFTA

• Access to event and catering leads submitted by local businesses, organizations, and individuals

• Networking and collaboration with other professional food truck operators

• Visibility within the Southern Idaho food truck community

• Industry advocacy and support

One of the primary benefits of SIFTA membership is our role as a central point of contact for event organizers. Event hosts often reach out to SIFTA when looking for food trucks, and those opportunities are shared directly with members who can coordinate with organizers if they are available and interested.

Membership Requirements

Membership is open to mobile food vendors operating under Idaho’s mobile food vending laws.

Businesses operating under cottage food regulations are not eligible for SIFTA membership.

All participating vendors must meet applicable local health, safety, and permitting requirements.

Membership Cost

• $250 – Initial membership (first year)

• $150 – Annual renewal

Membership is valid for one calendar year.
