About the Southern Idaho Food Truck Association

The Southern Idaho Food Truck Association (SIFTA) is a network of professional food trucks working together to support and strengthen the mobile food community across Southern Idaho and the Treasure Valley.

Founded in 2014, SIFTA brings together independent food truck operators who share a commitment to quality food, friendly service, and creating great experiences for the communities we serve.

Our members collaborate to promote high standards within the mobile food industry while helping connect local businesses, organizations, and neighborhoods with some of the best food trucks in the region.

Our Mission

SIFTA exists to support food truck owners and elevate the mobile food experience across Southern Idaho.

We do this by:

• Promoting high standards for quality food and service

• Creating opportunities for trucks to participate in events and community gatherings

• Supporting collaboration and mentorship among food truck owners

• Connecting event organizers with trusted local vendors
